En Ortho Sports Physical Therapy, tomamos un historial detallado y realizamos una evaluación con objeto de determinar el plan de tratamiento adecuado en función de sus quejas, limitaciones y objetivos individuales.

BEATRIZ SAGARDUY, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Co-Owner
La Dra. Beatriz asistió a la University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, donde obtuvo su Doctorado en Fisioterapia. Inmediatamente después de graduarse, Dr. Beatriz fue solicitada para que fuera la fisioterapeuta privada de un paciente que necesitaba mantener su gira internacional de conciertos a tiempo, durante 5 meses de viajes. La Dra. Beatriz ha estado practicando felizmente durante más de 6 años y su pasión la impulsa a ayudar a otros a lograr su estilo de vida óptimo a través de un tratamiento individualizado. Esta pasión es lo que ha impulsado su éxito y también fue la principal motivación detrás de la apertura de Ortho Sports Physical Therapy.
La Dra. Beatriz nació en Bilbao (España), ha vivido en Inglaterra, pero creció principalmente en Miami. Asistió a Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart y completó su licenciatura en la Universidad de Miami. Habla inglés y español con fluidez y conversa en francés.
JACK NUNES, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy & Co-Owner
El Dr. Jack asistió a la University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, donde obtuvo su Doctorado en Fisioterapia. Ha estado practicando en el ámbito de la ortopedia y el deporte ambulatorios durante más de 10 años. Su éxito dentro de la clínica con los pacientes y su pasión por la profesión son lo que lo motivó a abrir su propia clínica, Ortho Sports Physical Therapy.
El Dr. Jack nació y se crió en Miami y se graduó de Christopher Columbus High School y de la Universidad de Miami. Está felizmente casado y tiene un hijo y y una hija.
El Dr. Jack es de Portugal y habla con fluidez inglés, portugués y español.

Había estado lidiando con una lesión en la espalda durante casi un año sin un final a la vista. Después de innumerables visitas a diferentes médicos, varias radiografías, tomografías computarizadas y resonancias magnéticas, nadie pudo decirme qué pasaba. "I can't thank Dr. Nunes enough for his expertise and care in rehabilitating my right elbow. Unfortunately, I suffered a 'wear-and-tear' injury that affected multiple tendons and ligaments in my dominant right elbow from a combination of weight-lifting and playing golf (which I love to do on my spare time). However, because of the injury, I couldn't get out on a golf course for over a year because the pain was simply too much to handle every-time I swung a club. I decided to put my care in Dr. Nunes' hands at that point and the results were amazing. After 1 month of rehabilitation I was already pain-free and after 2 months I was playing golf better than I had prior to my injury. I cannot thank Dr. Nunes enough for his hard work and dedication to getting me back to 100%.
